Wordpix Publishes Web Marketing Workbook in Layman's Language

Successful Website Marketing, a 144-page workbook for small business website owners, has been released by Wordpix. The book contains exercises, examples, checklists and forms to help website owners effectively promote their websites and features articles by several marketing experts including best-selling author and Internet marketer Catherine Seda, Seda Communication.

One of the goals of the book is to help the website owner realize what his true product or service really is, and then to write the keywords and headlines that accurately reflect the benefits of that product or service to the user. This information can be used in the site's overall strategy for attracting search engine robots and getting a higher ranking.

The book includes lists of free search engines, online (paid) advertising programs, ideas for developing partnerships with other websites, and many promotional techniques that cost little (or nothing) to implement. Its core value is in the one-on-one approach it takes, walking the website owner through the steps of promoting his website in a personal, tutor-like setting. It is believed to be the only book formatted as a workbook for the web marketing self help topic.

Successful Website Marketing sells for $19.95 at the company's online mall at www.LaZone.com (we pay sales tax and shipping). It retails at $26.95 at Amazon.com.

Wordpictures Becomes Wordpix

Aligning with the company's official domain name, WORDPIX.COM, principals at Wordpictures have moved to change the company's name officially to Wordpix Solutions.

"In the past, clients and colleagues have not easily associated the Wordpictures name with our domain name of Wordpix," says Peggi Ridgway, owner and founder. "Although we enjoyed our unique Wordpictures name for eleven years, even trademarking it at one point, we were not able to obtain it as a domain. We feel that assuming the Wordpix name clarifies everything and puts us right where we want to be -- creating a wide range of solutions for small businesses and making it easy for people to find us online."

Address Change. At the same time, the company has moved its official mailing address from a postal box in La Mirada, a neighboring town, to P.O. Box 218, Buena Park, CA 90621-0218. The address move was made to more closely identify this Buena Park-based business.
