Although now located in Tulsa, Oklahoma, our company was established in September 1989 as "Wordpictures" in Orange County, California. Our founder filled a need for small business newsletters right from the start, providing graphic design and writing services. Our first projects included the design, research and writing of sales and employee newsletters, magazine articles and photography ("words" and "pictures"), services we offered to customers locally, in our satellite office in Oklahoma and across the U.S. As time went by, our owner and technical director, using the extraordinary skills of our design team, added creative and production services for books and brochures (See our Portfolio.)

In early 1996, we added web site design/development and web hosting services. Along the way, we welcomed the expertise of a number of talented free lance professionals in the artistic and technical fields. Today, our company serves as a "one stop shop" for a variety of business services and products, both online and in print, to our valued clients. In 2009, we relocated our main office to Tulsa, Oklahoma, maintaining a satellite office in Buena Park, Orange County, California. And in mid-2010, we introduced Office Support (Virtual Assistant) services for our clients, making our founder's exceptional background and skills available to those who need assistance with word processing and spreadsheet projects.

What we do
We write, edit, design and produce: books/manuals, product catalogs, brochures, web sites, membership directories, policy manuals, menus, calendars, magazine articles, newsletters, e-books, e-reports, e-newsletters and more. We work with authors by providing page layouts, cover design, editing and complete project management from the application for the ISBN and Library of Congress Card Number to getting the book listed with Amazon.com and the Google Books program. Check our author services
